What information do I need to provide to place a custom figurine order?
You need to send us clear reference photos of the character or person, including front, side and back views. You can also tell us your requirements for hairstyle, clothing, accessories, base style and any special details. We will confirm all details with you before production.
How long is the production and delivery time?
Our production cycle is about 7‑15 working days depending on order complexity. International shipping usually takes 7‑20 days. Total lead time will vary by destination country. We will send you tracking number once shipped.
Can I make changes after production starts?
Once hand‑making has begun, major modifications are not possible. Minor adjustments can be discussed. Please double‑check all details during our pre‑production confirmation stage to avoid revisions.
What if my figurine gets damaged during international shipping?
We pack every figurine with shock‑proof protective materials. If product arrives damaged, please send us unboxing photos and videos within 48 hours of receipt. We will evaluate and provide follow‑up solutions for you.
